Service could have been better: one waitress is not so refined with serving drinks. Splatters water and not even bothering to wipe it clean or excuse herself and pouring wine like speedy gonzales. ”

“ We are fortunate enough to attend this Michelin rated restaurant in Zonhoven, Belgium. The atmosphere is modern and very comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive and well versed on the menu. They are also well-versed on food and wine pairings. We decided to order the six course chef pairing with the wine. This was a wonderful idea, and the chef took us through a wide range of tasting pleasures. In the photos below you’ll see fish, shrimp, pigeon, unique appetizers, and wonderful deserts. The executive chef/owner came out multiple times to serve us, and to check on our enjoyment of the meal. Also, the sous chef came out multiple times to do the same. I cannot say enough about this restaurant, and the experience we had. ”
